Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in Australia and New Zealand. If you are somewhere else, we can’t take the order yet.
Made to order
Every print is made for you after you order. A person checks each order before it goes to print, so that the course, the hole labels and any wording you added are right. Printing and posting then take place in Australia.
How long it takes
As a guide, once your order has been approved and sent to print, it usually arrives within:
- Australia: about 1–2 weeks
- New Zealand: about 2–3 weeks
These are estimates, not guarantees. Postal and courier times vary, and busy periods can add days. If your print hasn’t arrived within the range above, write to us and we’ll chase it.
How it’s packed
A4 prints are sent flat. A3 and A2 prints in Australia are rolled in a rigid tube; in New Zealand they are sent flat or rolled in a rigid tube, depending on size. Prints are unframed.
Tracking
You can follow your order at any time on the order status page with your order number and the email you ordered with. When the carrier provides tracking, the link appears there.
Wrong address or a missed delivery
Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us or can’t be delivered, email us and we’ll work out the next step with you.
