Who is selling
These terms apply to every order placed through coursegrid.golf. The seller is BERSERK DESIGN PTY LTD (ACN 121 725 791, ABN 23 631 709 327) (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Contact us at [email protected].
What you are buying
A fine-art print of a golf course, or of holes from it, made to order for you and printed on Hahnemühle German Etching paper in the size you choose. Prints are unframed. The drawing is generated from public map data, so it is an artistic representation: it is not a survey, a scorecard or a navigation aid, and what you see on screen is a guide to the print, not a guarantee of every line and colour.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars for delivery in Australia and New Zealand dollars for delivery in New Zealand, and include shipping and any GST that applies. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken in full when you order, through our payment provider’s secure page.
How an order becomes a contract
Your order is an offer to buy. Every order is checked by a person before it goes to print. We accept it when we send it to the printer, and we will email you to say so. If we can’t accept it, for example because of a problem with the course or the wording, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Your wording and details
You are responsible for checking the course, hole labels, any wording and your delivery address before you pay. We print what you submit. We may decline wording that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone’s rights, and will refund you if we do.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Our Delivery and Returns pages form part of these terms. In short: we deliver to Australia and New Zealand, delivery times are estimates, faulty or misprinted items are reprinted or refunded, and you can cancel for a full refund until the order is sent to print.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you are in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 give you similar rights. Nothing in these terms limits them.
Our responsibility
Subject to those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Where the law lets us limit liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, we do so by, at our choice, replacing or reprinting the goods or refunding you.
Our work and course names
The artwork, layout and website belong to us or our licensors. You may enjoy your print and display it, but you may not copy it, resell it or use it commercially without our written permission. Course names are used to identify the course. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any golf club or course shown.

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy policy.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as postal or courier disruption, extreme weather or an outage at a supplier. We will tell you if it affects your order.
Changes and law
We may update these terms for future orders; the version in force when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of the State or Territory in which our registered office is located, without limiting any rights you have under consumer law.
